B&B

You're at the table. The chat takes the practical questions.

Wi-Fi, breakfast, the gate code, the language of whoever just sat down. You stay with the guests. Your phone only gets what needs a person.

While you serve

  • The next table asks what time breakfast is. The answer is already written.
  • German, English, Dutch: they write as it comes, and read the answer in the same language.
  • A pillow, a late arrival, something you have to do yourself: it arrives written, not said in a rush between tables.

The same morning

Before

  • Breakfast explained one more time, at every table
  • The phone in your hand for a sentence that isn't your language
  • The folder in the room, with last season's hours

With Conseris

  • Hours, rules and Wi-Fi are there for the guest, from the link or the QR code
  • The places you recommend are the ones you chose, read in their language
  • What you need is on the dashboard, with the room already on it

What you stop repeating

01

The house, written once

Wi-Fi, check-in, breakfast, parking, the winery and the path you actually send people to. If you didn't add it, the chat doesn't make it up.

02

The language, without setting it up

You don't switch Dutch or German on. The guest writes, and the answer comes back in the same language. You don't translate at the table.

03

The sheet in the room

The QR code takes the place of the folder you no longer update. No app to download: it opens in the phone browser.

One week, in a real B&B

Placeholder. Three numbers from a real house go here. Until that case exists, the slots stay empty.

Languages they wrote in

If you host at home

Do I have to list every place I recommend?

The ones you actually give: the winery, the Saturday market, the path that starts at the house. You write them in your language. The guest reads them in theirs.

What if they write to me in Dutch?

That's fine. There is no language to switch on. They write as it comes, and the answer comes back that way, even while your hands are full.

Are four rooms too few for a concierge?

This is the case with no front desk. At night and at breakfast the phone is yours, and the questions are always the same ones.

Do guests then only talk to the chat?

The chat handles what never changes: the Wi-Fi, the hours, where to park. For the rest it's you, with the morning a bit freer.
